Agentic Coding Engineer

YOUR EXCITING TASKS

• Work on real product problems, not just tickets
• Design and implement solutions across different technologies and stacks
• Use AI tools and agentic coding approaches to accelerate development
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams across Germany and Vietnam
• Continuously experiment with new tools, frameworks, and approaches
• Refactor, rethink, and improve systems as requirements evolve
• Take ownership from idea to production

What We’re Looking For: We care less about what you already know, and more about how you think and solve problems

• Have 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer (backend, frontend, or full-stack)
• Familiarity with at least one modern programming language (Python, TypeScript, Ruby, Golang)
• Comfortable working across different languages, frameworks, or tech stacks when needed
• Hands-on, daily use of agentic coding tools. You should know your way around Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or similar
• You understand spec-driven development, agent workflows and how to get reliable results from agentic coding tools
• You enjoy being challenged and stepping outside of a fixed tech stack
• You think in solutions, not in tools
• You are not afraid to learn something new to solve a problem better
• You have strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• You take ownership and proactively move things forward
• You are comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing environments
• You communicate clearly and collaborate well with others
• You are eager to grow beyond “just coding” into product thinking
