What You'll Do

As a Full-Stack Software Engineer at Purpose Financial, you'll work alongside a talented, collaborative team to design and deliver innovative features across our enterprise financial platforms. You'll own meaningful work — from pixel to pipeline — with a primary focus on frontend development and strong contributions to backend systems.

• Build clean, scalable code using React, Vue, Angular, Java, and Node.js
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and contribute to backend services with Spring Boot
• Deploy and support applications in AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3)
• Write unit tests, participate in code reviews, and help ship quality software
• Collaborate across teams, contribute ideas, and grow your craft every day

What You Bring

We're looking for engineers who've been in the trenches — not just the classroom.

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• 3+ years with frontend frameworks (Vue, React, or Angular)
• 2+ years of Java development, preferably with Spring Boot
• 2+ years of RESTful API design and implementation
• 1+ years of hands-on AWS experience (Lambda, EC2, S3 required)
• Experience with AI tooling — GitHub Copilot, AWS Bedrock, LLM API integration — is a strong plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
