Software Developer

We are seeking experienced Software Developers to design, develop, and implement full-stack solutions for enterprise applications. This role focuses on building modern, scalable, and reliable systems while maintaining high standards for code quality, performance, and maintainability.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design and develop full-stack web applications using Next.js/TypeScript/React and Spring/Spring Boot.
• Design, build and optimize backend services and APIs that support business processes, decision making, data exchange and business workflows.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and logic inconsistencies.
• Develop and maintain integrations between internal and external systems.
• Write clean, logically coherent, and thoroughly tested code that aligns with established best practices and team standards.
• Produce clear technical documentation and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact features and solutions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices, workflows, and system capabilities.

Qualifications:

• BS in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
• Expertise with JavaScript/Typescript and Java.
• Experience with frameworks including react.js/Next.js, Spring/Spring Boot preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud deployment (EKS), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD workflows.
• Solid understanding of software development principles and design patterns for MVC architecture.
• Ability to visualize broader architecture, identify logical gaps, and develop thoughtful, maintainable code.
• Strong technical acumen, communication and project management skills.
