Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Growth
- Develop and execute the annual commercial strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets across the FMCG and Tech & Durables (T&D) sectors.
- Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with key retailers and industry stakeholders.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand NielsenIQ's market presence and commercial footprint.
- Drive sustainable business growth through effective sales leadership, client acquisition, and account development.
2. Client Leadership & Service Excellence
- Lead the client servicing organization, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and solutions that meet client needs and business objectives.
- Foster strong client relationships, driving engagement, retention, and satisfaction while maintaining high Net Promoter Score (NPS) performance.
- Maximize client value realization and adoption of NielsenIQ data, insights, and analytics solutions.
- Champion a client-centric culture focused on service excellence, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency.
3. Strategic Sourcing & Data Coverage Expansion
- Lead the identification, acquisition, and onboarding of new FMCG and T&D retail partners to enhance market coverage.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies that strengthen the scale, quality, and representativeness of NielsenIQ's data assets.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with retail partners to secure long-term data collaboration agreements.
- Ensure continuous expansion and optimization of data coverage to support business growth and deliver enhanced value to clients.
Requirements
Bachelor or university degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
Leadership skills
- Min 5 years of experience in B2B sales
- Business acumen and good knowledge of market dynamics
- Analytical mind
- Excellent presentation skills,
- Very good English skills,
- Strong team player
