A fast-growing, privately-owned supplier of professional catering and hospitality products, working with National and Independent Distributors across the UK & Ireland, with a rapidly expanding export business. If you've worked in hospitality, foodservice, or catering supply and want to move from operating a venue or managing a category to owning the products that equip the industry — this is that move.

The role

This is the most senior product role in the business. You'll set the product vision, strategy and roadmap, own the end-to-end product lifecycle, and lead the Product team — shaping what the company sells, how it's priced, and where it grows next.

What you'll actually be doing

• Defining the product strategy and roadmap, spotting market opportunities before competitors do
• Owning the product portfolio — deciding what to launch, improve, or retire
• Using data to get pricing, assortment and product performance right
• Leading, developing and growing the Product team
• Working closely with marketing, operations and supply chain to bring products to market
• Presenting strategy and performance directly to senior leadership
• Building strong relationships with suppliers and key customers to keep products ahead of what the market needs

What we're looking for

• Real experience owning product decisions — pricing, range, launches — not just delivering projects around them
• A track record of leading and developing a team
• Comfortable working cross-functionally at a senior level
• Strong commercial instincts — this role is judged on profitability, not just delivery
• Background in hospitality, foodservice, catering equipment, tableware/housewares, or FMCG is a strong plus — you understand the customer already
