Job Title: Software Engineer (Agentic AI)

Duration: 12+ Months

Location: Charlotte, NC / Des Moines, IA (Hybrid)- Relocation is acceptable

Core Technical Skills

Backend: Java (4+ years preferred for Software Engineers), Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, Oracle SQL.

AI / Agentic AI

• Strong preference for candidates with hands-on exposure to Agentic AI technologies, including:

• Google ADK

• Claude LLMs

• AI Agent Development

• GitHub Copilot

• Prompt Engineering

• If candidates do not have Google ADK experience, hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, or similar AI agent-building tools is acceptable, provided they demonstrate strong Agentic AI knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Java/Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs.

• Build and enhance Agentic AI workflows integrated with existing applications.

• Contribute to frontend development using Angular or React where required.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Develop unit tests and maintain code quality.

• Support cloud-native application development and CI/CD practices.

• Participate in production support and on-call activities as needed
