Software Engineer (Trading) at BairesDev

As a Software Engineer (Trading), you will architect and refine high-performance financial systems that power modern trading operations. You will focus on engineering resilient, low-latency solutions that ensure seamless market data processing and efficient order execution in demanding environments.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop robust trading platforms, order management systems (OMS), and market data solutions using advanced backend technologies.
• Optimize system architecture to achieve ultra-low latency and high throughput for real-time financial applications.
• Implement and maintain sophisticated trading logic and execution strategies while ensuring strict adherence to financial compliance standards.
• Engineer scalable data pipelines to ingest and process high-volume market feeds with minimal delay.
• Collaborate with quantitative and research teams to integrate complex financial models into production-grade trading environments.
• Ensure the reliability and stability of mission-critical systems through proactive performance tuning and rigorous testing under extreme market conditions.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on financial systems.
• Proven expertise in building trading platforms, order management systems, or market data solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in backend development using Java, C++, or Python.
• Deep understanding of low-latency architecture and compliance-aware system design.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
