What you'll own

• Build backend applications in a cloud-first environment.
• Solve complex engineering challenges and deliver high-quality software at pace.
• Develop innovative AI-driven features and automation solutions.
• Drive modern engineering practices and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused outcomes.

What you'll bring

• Advanced proficiency with AI-assisted engineering tools such as Claude Code, leveraging them across development, documentation, code reviews and engineering workflows.
• Strong backend development experience in .NET, Java or similar object-oriented languages. The team is open on technology background and values strong engineering capability, problem-solving skills and learning agility over experience in a specific tech stack.
• Strong product mindset and engineering fundamentals, with a passion for quality, innovation and continuous improvement.
• Experience designing and delivering cloud-based solutions, ideally within AWS environments.
• Comfortable taking ownership, solving complex technical problems and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments where priorities move quickly and outcomes matter.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
