Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

As a Full Stack Developer, you will design, build, and maintain applications end-to-end, working closely with both technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable, production-ready solutions.

What You'll Need

🎓 Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

💼 Experience: Minimum 5 years in full stack development

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in one of the following stacks:
• Python / FastAPI
• TypeScript / Next.js / Node.js
• Java / Spring / Spring Boot
• [Must-have] Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining applications on Kubernetes, and managing CI/CD pipelines in GitLab
• Experience integrating with external systems, REST APIs, and storage backends (e.g., S3/MinIO)
• Working knowledge of schema/specification formats (JSON Schema, Avro, XSD, OpenAPI/AsyncAPI) and related validation tooling is a plus
• Working knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL/Oracle) and data modeling.

• Ability to independently analyze requirements, ask the right questions, and translate business and governance needs into technical solutions
• Comfortable owning deliverables end to end — from analysis and design through implementation and deployment — with minimal supervision
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to prioritize workload and manage delivery timelines
• Clear, confident communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
• Sound judgment in weighing trade-offs and making design decisions independently
