Where You'll Come In
We are growing our India engineering team to support exciting upcoming client engagements across a variety of industries. As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll work with modern technologies to build scalable applications, APIs, data pipelines, and cloud-native solutions for our consulting clients.
This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems, learning new technologies, and working across different projects. While each engagement may use a different technology stack, we're looking for engineers with strong software engineering fundamentals who can quickly adapt and contribute.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, test, and maintain high-quality software applications
- Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and distributed systems
- Build and maintain data pipelines and event-driven applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver technical solutions
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design
- Review code and mentor other engineers
- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application performance
- Work across multiple technology stacks depending on client needs
- Kotlin or Java
- PHP
- Python (FastAPI preferred)

- Google Cloud Platform (preferred), AWS, or Azure
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar to improve software development workflows, code quality, debugging, testing, and documentation.
- Strong object-oriented programming skills
- Experience building scalable production applications
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and modern development practices
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn and work with new technologies
