Supporting Actions

Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all electrical and instrumentation equipment. 2. Ensure timely troubleshooting and repair of electrical and instrumentation issues to minimize downtime.

Compliance with Safety Standards

• Ensure all electrical and instrumentation work complies with safety regulations and standards. 2. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

Energy Management

• Monitor and analyze energy consumption patterns to identify opportunities for energy savings. 2. Implement energy-efficient practices and technologies to reduce overall energy costs.

Equipment Reliability

• Develop and implement reliability improvement programs for critical electrical and instrumentation equipment. 2. Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.

Team Development

• Provide training and development opportunities for the E&I maintenance team to enhance their skills and knowledge. 2. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture within the team.

Spare Parts Management

• Ensure adequate inventory of critical spare parts for electrical and instrumentation equipment. 2. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely availability of spare parts.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of E&I maintenance activities. 2. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs. 2. Generate regular reports on maintenance performance and key metrics for management review.
