AI Software Engineer

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:

• Explore, design, and implement AI agents and solutions applied to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to boost engineering efficiency and code quality;
• Redesign software engineering processes towards an AI driven model, supporting development teams in adopting AI coding tools across the entire SDLC;
• Define technical standards, security requirements, and architectures for AI integration in software development, leveraging low-code/no-code platforms and SDKs;
• Act as a senior technical reference, conducting code reviews, mentoring engineering teams, and aligning technical execution with product managers and stakeholders.

Profile

• Degree in Computer Science or similar;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-stack production software development (NET, Nodejs, React, TypeScript) and high-availability systems;
• Solid hands-on expertise with end-to-end SDLC, DevOps pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD automation;
• Strong practical experience with AI coding tools and agents (example: Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) applied to software engineering;
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical execution with non-technical stakeholders and product managers;
• Strong technical leadership mindset with a growth-oriented, pragmatic approach to problem-solving and architectural decision-making.
