About the Role

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Senior Engineer with deep expertise in Palantir Foundry / AIP to lead delivery on strategic client projects. As one of our early hires, you’ll work closely with the founders and take ownership of high-impact, high-visibility initiatives that shape both our client outcomes and our internal culture.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement end-to-end workflows in Foundry, from data integration through to decision-making tools.

• Partner directly with client stakeholders (CxOs, product leaders, and data teams) to uncover opportunities and deliver measurable business value.

• Lead engineering teams on complex projects, ensuring excellence from inception to delivery.

• Help define our engineering culture, delivery model, and future product direction.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry / AIP.

• Strong software engineering background (Python, Spark, TypeScript, or similar).

• Deep knowledge of data modelling, ontologies, and operational workflows.

• Proven ability to lead technical teams in demanding client environments.

• A consulting mindset: fluent in both technical and business conversations.

• Startup energy: proactive, independent, high-output, with a strong eye for quality.

Bonus Points

• Experience in financial services (banking, insurance, fintech).

• Built custom tools or products on top of Foundry / AIP.

• Previous role at Palantir or a specialized Foundry consultancy.

Salary Range

100,000 –150,000 CHF annually
