Full-Stack Developer

What we’re looking for

• Strong full-stack development experience
• Experience with TypeScript and modern web applications
• Comfortable working in an existing production codebase
• Able to work independently and take a feature or bug from the initial problem through production
• Comfortable using Claude Code as part of your development workflow
• Good judgment around testing, reliability, and production changes
• Several hours of daily overlap with US Eastern time

Projects

We run an active creator marketplace centered around phone calls and chat. We’re a small team working on an established production application, not a greenfield project. Our stack is TypeScript throughout: Next.js on the front end, NestJS + GraphQL + PostgreSQL on the back end, and Twilio for our call system.

Responsibilities

You’ll work across the application and own features and fixes from implementation through testing, deployment, and production. The work includes:

• Building new product features
• Fixing bugs as they come in
• Working on payments and transaction flows
• Maintaining and improving our Twilio call system
• Building dashboards, forms, admin tools, CRUD functionality, APIs, and other application features
• Improving existing code and paying down technical debt
• Handling deployments and infrastructure work when needed

Some parts of the application—particularly payments, calls, and security—need extra care. If something looks broken, risky, or wrong, we want you to say so.

Working model & compensation

Full-time remote position (40 hours/week). $2,500 USD/month. Flexible working hours, with several hours of daily overlap with US Eastern time required.

Nice to have

• Experience working with payment or transaction systems.
• Experience integrating or maintaining telephony/call flows (e.g., Twilio).
• Strong understanding of application security practices.
• Comfort with using AI coding tools (we use Claude Code) in daily development.
• Experience reducing technical debt in established production systems.
