Technical Lead

The Role

We are seeking a senior engineer to help evolve several critical internal platforms that support both research workflows and live operational pipelines. These systems are already widely adopted internally and are entering a phase focused on performance optimization, scalability, resilience, and long-term sustainability, alongside continued feature development.

This role requires deep technical contribution as well as mentorship and technical leadership within the engineering team.

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in Computer Science (advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred, especially in distributed systems or storage architecture)
• Extensive experience building and improving complex, high-performance software systems
• Experience operating systems under strict performance and reliability constraints
