AI Solution Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal teams and customers to understand workflows, pain points, and business objectives.
• Build production-grade applications, integrations, automations, and AI/GenAI solutions.
• Develop rapid prototypes/POCs and transition successful solutions into scalable production systems.
• Integrate APIs, data pipelines, third-party platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Conduct demos, gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and communicate business value.
• Monitor production solutions and improve reliability, performance, and adoption.
• Establish FDE standards, playbooks, tooling, and engineering best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and help shape the growing FDE organization.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence platform and product roadmaps.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Go.
• Strong system design, API development, integration, and full-stack engineering experience.
• Experience with AI/GenAI, LLMs, RAG, or agentic workflows.
• Strong data engineering knowledge including SQL, data pipelines, Snowflake and/or Databricks.
• Proven customer-facing / forward-deployed engineering experience.
• Experience deploying AI/ML or LLM-based solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, and containerized environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Preferred:

• Experience as a founding or early member of an engineering team/function.
• Telecommunications or large-scale enterprise data experience.
• Experience establishing engineering standards, tooling, and operational playbooks.
• Experience mentoring engineers and setting technical direction.
