Sr. AI Platform Engineer

We're seeking a Sr. AI Platform Engineer to design, automate, and operate the infrastructure that powers AI applications. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on cloud infrastructure, DevOps, MLOps, and AI platform operations.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement secure, scalable infrastructure for AI and agentic AI applications.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI platform deployments using GitHub Actions, Terraform, and Helm.
• Deploy and manage containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Develop reusable infrastructure and deployment standards across development, testing, and production environments.
• Monitor and optimize AI platform performance using observability and monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with CloudOps, DevOps, Security, and Engineering teams to ensure secure and reliable production releases.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and secrets management for AI services.
• Mentor engineers, participate in architecture reviews, and promote engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software or platform engineering experience, including 7+ years supporting production cloud environments.
• Experience deploying AI or machine learning services into production.
• Strong expertise with AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or hybrid cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Helm, and GitHub Actions.
• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript for automation and scripting.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, containers, and production troubleshooting.
• Experience implementing modern authentication and authorization technologies, including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, RBAC, IAM, or SAML.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph or Google ADK.
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), tool calling, AI workflow orchestration, and multi-agent systems.
• Experience with AI observability tools such as LangSmith, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
• Familiarity with GPU infrastructure, Vertex AI, NVIDIA GPU Operator, or workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and technical mentoring skills.
