Summary

  • The Software Developer III is a key technical contributor who leads the architectural design and technical decision-making for the entire system. You will lead structural improvements with long-term maintainability in mind and transform business requirements into sophisticated technical strategies. Based on excellent communication skills, you will lead the team’s collaborative culture and provide mentoring to support the growth of junior developers. You will exercise problem-solving leadership during complex failure situations to enhance the organization’s technical credibility.



Job Duties

  • Architect and operate Python & FastAPI-based automation systems
  • Design and stabilize data pipelines integrating Amazon SP-API and internal systems
  • Improve and guide best practices for Selenium-based automation workflows
  • Design and operate AWS-based internal software systems
  • Improve frontend architecture using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
  • Define and maintain Vercel-based frontend deployment strategies
  • Design and optimize PostgreSQL database structures
  • Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Establish code quality and review standards
  • Mentor Software Developer I and II engineers
  • Act as a technical leader during incidents and critical issues



Skills

  • High proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Experience in designing and operating complex systems
  • Experience in REST API and automation architecture design
  • Experience in AWS-based service design and operation
  • Experience in PostgreSQL and relational DB design and optimization
  • Understanding of large-scale front-end structures using React and Next.js
  • Understanding of CI/CD and deployment environments
  • Ability to explain and justify technical trade-offs; strong mentoring and technical leadership skills



Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional experience in a relevant field
  • Korean/English bilingual proficiency with intermediate speaking and writing skills, and advanced understanding skills
  • Experience taking ownership of system-level units in a production environment
  • Proven track record of structurally solving complex technical problems
  • Experience in designing for service stability and long-term maintainability
  • Strong communication skills that earn the trust of the team and organization
  • U.S. work authorization required

Work Hours

  • 9 AM – 6 PM
  • Monday – Friday
