DevOps Engineer

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, and CI/CD roles, with hands-on ownership of CI/CD pipelines and on-call support experience for platform and observability environments.
• Strong hands-on experience in Python scripting, including writing and maintaining Python and Bash scripts for automation, tooling, and operational tasks.
• Strong expertise in Terraform (Infrastructure as Code - IaC), with experience automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Experience working with cloud platforms, with Microsoft Azure / AWS preferred (especially within banking environments).
• Strong understanding of Git and version control workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Solid experience administering and troubleshooting Linux systems.
• Experience supporting cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS), including landing zones, networking, and core cloud services.
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience implementing and managing monitoring and observability solutions using tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, or similar platforms.
