We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Onsite Team in Barcelona.

🔥What You’ll Do

• Own the Infrastructure: Design, build and maintain scalable, reliable cloud infrastructure on AWS — not just pipelines, but the full stack.
• Run Kubernetes in Production: Manage and evolve our EKS clusters, handle deployments, scaling, networking and troubleshooting at depth.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code: Write and maintain Terraform and Terragrunt modules — clean, reusable, production-grade.
• Own the CI/CD Pipeline: Manage and improve our GitHub CI workflows and ArgoCD-based GitOps delivery process.
• Keep the Data Layer Healthy: Support and maintain PostgreSQL databases, SQS and SNS messaging infrastructure.
• Support AI Workloads: Work alongside our AI team on GCP-based workloads — help provision, scale and stabilise the environment.

🔥Requirements

• Strong Linux background — you're comfortable at the OS level, not just in the cloud console.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production (EKS experience is a plus).
• Solid Terraform skills — you've built infrastructure from scratch, not just modified existing configs.
• Experience with AWS — EC2, VPC, IAM, RDS, SQS, SNS and beyond.
• Familiarity with ArgoCD or similar GitOps tooling.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines — GitHub Actions preferred.
• Able to work with Java and Node.js backend teams and React frontend — you don't need to code, but you need to understand what they need.
• Bonus: GCP experience, especially around AI or ML workloads.
• You think in systems, not tickets — you build things that don't break, and when they do, you fix the root cause.
