Site Reliability Engineer

Job Location: Chandler, AZ (3 days onsite & 2 days remote)

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or Production Support with an automation mindset.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace APM and Splunk.
• Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, etc.).
• Knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience defining and tracking SLIs, SLOs, and operational metrics.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present dashboards and operational metrics to senior leadership.
