AI Strategy & Value Manager

About the Role

Artificial Intelligence creates enormous opportunities—but not every AI initiative delivers meaningful business value.

As an AI Strategy & Value Manager, you will help the organization make the right AI investment decisions by identifying business challenges where AI can create measurable impact. You will work closely with senior business leaders to discover high-value opportunities, evaluate their potential and prioritize initiatives that align with the organization's strategic objectives.

This is a business-focused role. You will not be responsible for developing AI solutions or managing delivery teams. Instead, you will ensure that the organization invests in the right AI initiatives by validating business problems, defining expected outcomes and driving value realization.

Key Responsibilities

AI Opportunity Discovery

• Partner with business leaders to identify strategic and operational challenges that can be addressed through AI.
• Facilitate discovery workshops to uncover high-value AI opportunities.
• Evaluate business needs, customer pain points and operational challenges to determine where AI can create the greatest impact.
• Challenge assumptions and ensure AI is applied to the right business problems.

AI Strategy & Portfolio Management

• Develop business cases and value assessments for AI initiatives.
• Evaluate opportunities based on strategic fit, business impact, feasibility and expected return on investment.
• Prioritize AI initiatives and contribute to the organization's AI portfolio and investment roadmap.
• Support executive decision-making by providing recommendations on AI priorities and investments.

Business Partnership

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on AI strategy and value creation.
• Align AI initiatives with business priorities and strategic objectives.
• Define success metrics and expected business outcomes for AI initiatives.
• Build strong relationships across business and technology teams to accelerate AI adoption.

Value Realization

• Track business outcomes delivered by AI initiatives.
• Measure and communicate business value generated through AI investments.
• Promote a value-driven approach to AI adoption across the organization.
• Share best practices and lessons learned to support continuous improvement.

AI Market Insights

• Monitor AI trends, emerging technologies and industry best practices.
• Identify new opportunities where AI can create competitive advantage.
• Contribute to the organization's long-term AI strategy and maturity.

What We're Looking For

Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Strategy, Digital Transformation, Innovation, Management Consulting, Product Discovery or related areas.
• Experience working with senior business stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Strong track record of identifying and delivering business value through technology-enabled initiatives.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, FMCG or other complex international organizations is an advantage.
