Position Overview Section

SierTeK is seeking a qualified Senior Operations Specialist to Provide senior operational support by coordinating organizational activities, managing resources, improving business processes, and supporting mission execution across multiple functional areas.

Minimum Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years operations management
• Experience in organizational management, executive coordination, resource planning, and program execution
• Secret clearance
