For our client, we are seeking a Chief Of Staff to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $200,000 – $275,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Architect the Executive Operating System, managing execution and accountability within the leadership team
  • Facilitate key CEO decisions by preparing options and recommendations, effectively communicating on his behalf
  • Act as a diplomatic bridge among the CEO, executive team, and board to align initiatives without direct authority
  • Oversee urgent or ambiguous operational challenges, providing solutions and implementing strategies for resolution
  • Ensure executive team readiness and alignment for high-stakes client meetings in the healthcare sector
  • Translate new product and vertical strategies into actionable experiments and lead cross-functional teams for testing

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in operations, strategy, or execution roles, ideally as a Chief of Staff or in top-tier consulting
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with experience as a founder, early-stage hire, or leader in high-growth environments
  • Exceptional leadership and emotional intelligence, capable of influencing senior leaders and building trust quickly
  • Highly organized and disciplined, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prevent bottlenecks
  • Familiarity with AI tools and principles, demonstrating capability in a modern, AI-native business context
