Senior Director, Chief of Staff to the Senior Vice President, Brand

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director Chief Of Staff To The Senior Vice President Brand to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Mclean, VA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $269,600 – $307,700 annually

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the Senior Vice President and leadership team
• Develop and implement effective management practices for transparency and efficiency
• Coordinate agendas and management meetings to drive business priorities
• Facilitate strategy definition and cascading goals across the organization
• Ensure leadership focus on high-impact activities through effective time management
• Build relationships to act as an informed sounding board for the team
• Manage and streamline marketing activity intake processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience
• 10+ years in Chief of Staff, executive strategy, marketing, or business management
• Preferred: Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Preferred: Strategy or Consulting background
• 7+ years in in-house or agency marketing/creative teams
• 5+ years supporting executive-level strategy and business objectives
• Experience in a Fortune 100 company
