- Bachelor's degree in a technical (Science) or quantitative/business-oriented field such as Finance, Business Analytics or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, Go-to-Market strategy (GTM)/Sales Operations, or Corporate Strategy.
- 5 years of people management experience leading and developing teams.
- Experience partnering with VP/C-level stakeholders.
- MBA or Master's degree.
- Experience managing the strategic planning cycle for a large organization with cross-functional engagement, prioritization, and executing complex strategic and operational initiatives.
- Ability to influence senior executive leadership within complex environments.
- Highly developed communication skills (written and verbal) as well as strong presentation and negotiation skills for internal, senior-level audiences.
- Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills, including business judgment.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Canada: $292000 - $299000 (CAD) + 30% bonus target + equity + benefits

- Partner with senior sales leaders and cross-functional leaders to develop quarterly and annual business plans.
- Shape and drive decision making within Google Canada’s LCS and cross-functional leadership teams.
- Lead a high-performing team to structure and deliver on complex and time-critical large-scale operational improvement initiatives, including highly strategic cross-functional projects for Google Canada.
- Ensure operational excellence by driving operational cadence and accuracy, optimizing resource allocation across sales teams, objective setting, portfolio management, measuring progress against business goals, and leading sales leadership meetings.
