Chief Connection Officer (Office-Based | FREE AI Certification)

Cebu | 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM PHT (Midshift) | Monday to Friday

GoTeam is looking for a Chief Connection Officer to own the heartbeat of our team member experience. This is a high visibility, high energy role for someone whose presence lifts a room — you'll be the primary human connection point between GoTeam and every team member, from their very first day onwards.

You'll build genuine relationships across the company, keep a constant pulse on how our people are doing, coach leaders on connection habits, and champion the events, clubs, and recognition programs that make GoTeam a great place to work. Because you know who's who and what their stories are, you'll also be the conduit that brings team member stories into our content and employer brand.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• A naturally high-energy, engaging personality — you're the kind of person whose presence lifts a room
• A genuine draw to people — you remember names, follow up, and check in without being asked
• Comfort coaching and encouraging both team members and leaders one on one
• Strong storytelling instincts — you can spot a great team member story and know what to do with it
• Comfort working with simple engagement data such as surveys, attendance trends, and participation numbers
• Comfort being on camera, and a knack for helping others feel comfortable on camera too

STRONG SIGNALS

• 2 - 3 years of experience in employee engagement, employee experience, events, or community building
• Experience designing or supporting a recognition or rewards program
• Experience coaching leaders on communication, feedback, or trust-building habits
• Familiarity with pulse survey or engagement tools (e.g. Culture Amp, Officevibe, or similar), plus basic content tools like Canva or CapCut for turning stories into shareable content

• You own the day-to-day human connection between GoTeam and its people.
• Be the primary connection point for team members on site and across locations
• Own the first day experience and other key moments in the team member journey
• Build relationships across teams so the company always knows who's thriving and who needs support
• Bring visible, positive energy to the floor, to events, and to everyday interactions

Engagement Measurement and Leader Coaching

You ensure engagement is tracked, understood, and acted on — not just felt.

• Measure team member happiness and engagement through pulse surveys, one-on-ones, and anonymous feedback channels
• Track workforce signals like tardiness, absenteeism, and turnover trends, and flag problem areas early
• Coach team leaders and managers on connection habits, communication, and leadership behaviors that build trust
• Champion a rhythm of regular, meaningful one-on-one conversations between leaders and their teams

Stories, Events, and Recognition

You bring GoTeam's culture to life through content, community, and rewards.

• Identify, gather, and surface team member stories for testimonials and documentary-style content
• Drive participation and energy in GoTeam Connect sessions, company events, and GoTeam clubs
• Help design and manage a GoTeam points and rewards program, including the rewards catalogue
• Support related initiatives such as the GoTeam merchandise store and displays
