Head of Growth, Agentic AI

BodyLink is building a revolutionary motion gaming and interactive entertainment platform, and we are running our startup in a deeply AI-native way. We’re hiring a Taipei-based Head of Growth with real hands-on experience using agentic AI tools to run marketing, business development, partnerships, E-Commerce, and growth at high speed.

What you’ll do

• Build an AI-first growth engine across marketing, outbound, social media, content, partnerships, research, and founder workflows.
• Use Codex, Claude, OpenClaw, Clay, Instantly, Buffer/Hootsuite, and other AI tools to speed up prospecting, outreach, content creation, campaign execution, follow-up, and reporting.
• Own lead generation, outbound campaigns, partnership development, social media execution, and top-of-funnel growth driving to closed deals.
• Onboard developers and partners into our ecosystem for effective handoff to our Developer Relations Engineers
• Ownership of E-Commerce platforms Amazon and Shopify, as well as our own app store

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in a startup environment in marketing, growth, business development, partnerships, outbound, or a high-ownership startup role.
• You’ve used AI not just for ideas, but to do real work and execute at an incredible rapid pace turning work that used to take months into days
• Experience in E-Commerce or gaming preferred but not required
• Experience as a startup Founder preferred but not required
• Taipei-based and excited to build in person with a fast-moving startup team.
