Role Description The Visionary Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in Sheffield, responsible for setting a clear strategic direction and guiding teams toward ambitious yet achievable goals. Day-to-day tasks include developing long-term plans, aligning projects with organizational priorities, and communicating a compelling vision to stakeholders. The role involves facilitating cross-functional collaboration, mentoring team members, and ensuring that innovation is balanced with operational feasibility. The Visionary Leader will review performance data, identify opportunities for improvement, and make informed decisions to enhance outcomes and organizational impact. This person will also represent the organization in key internal and external meetings, building strong relationships that support growth and sustainability.
Qualifications

  • Ability to define and communicate a clear strategic vision, with experience in long-term planning and goal setting.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, including mentoring, coaching, and fostering collaboration across teams.
  • Proven decision-making and problem-solving abilities, using data and insight to drive outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to engage diverse stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects or initiatives from concept through execution.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapting to changing priorities while maintaining focus on key objectives.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, management, strategy, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
  • Experience in roles involving innovation, organizational change, or strategic development is highly beneficial.
