Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide strategic leadership and overall direction for Game Group LLC, ensuring the organization’s vision, goals, and performance objectives are met. This full-time, on-site role is based in Newark, DE and involves close collaboration with the leadership team to develop business plans, manage budgets, and oversee day-to-day operations. The CEO will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors, while promoting a culture of accountability, ethical conduct, and high performance. Responsibilities include setting organizational priorities, monitoring financial health, guiding major operational and commercial decisions, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations. The CEO will also mentor leaders, champion talent development, and drive initiatives that enhance customer experience and support sustainable growth.

• Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, ethical judgment, and the capacity to make data-informed decisions under pressure.
• Candidates should have experience building and leading diverse teams, fostering an inclusive culture, and supporting professional development.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or equivalent executive experience is beneficial.
