We are looking for an Organisation & Workforce Consultant to join a role at the heart of the bank’s people and business transformation agenda. The position owns the bank’s workforce planning and headcount budgeting processes while serving as a strategic partner to senior management and business leaders on organizational design, business transformation, workforce effectiveness, and people-related investments.

This role offers a unique opportunity to operate as an internal consultant to the bank’s leadership team, combining strategic workforce planning, organizational design, people analytics, performance management, rewards, and transformation advisory in a highly visible position with enterprise-wide impact.

You Are Our Ideal Candidate If You Have

• Professional experience within a management consulting firm, financial services institution or through direct involvement in complex organizational or transformation programs.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, with confidence in managing budgets, interpreting data, and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong motivation to grow within the banking industry, with the curiosity and initiative to proactively identify opportunities, solve problems, and shape meaningful work.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and adapt quickly to evolving business needs.
• A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset and a desire to contribute to meaningful organizational transformation.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Comfort working with data and analytics tools; experience with Power BI or similar platforms is considered an advantage.
• Exposure to workforce planning, organizational design, compensation, performance management, or people analytics is advantageous but not essential.
