Transformation internal consultant

Brief overview of the role

Should work closely together with the C-level and below decision-makers of DSK Bank, co-creating the detailed strategy and implementation roadmap of selected number of business lines within the Bank. The mission of the role is to be a “solution -finder”.

Key areas of responsibility

· Strategy development: support the preparation of the detailed strategy by structuring ambiguous problems and take action to solve them

· Strategy implementation: work effectively with diverse teams to come up with and implement the best solution and move people and organizations to act

· Business decisions: influence business decisions by synthetizing clear takeaways from complex information using both qualitative and quantitative methods

· Change management: Be a role model and drive the change in the organization by establishing trust-based relationships, communicating efficiently with all audiences and ensuring the proper involvement and understanding of colleagues related to the transformation

You are our ideal candidate, if you have:

· Curiosity and motivation to develop in the banking industry

· Ability to structure and resolve complex problems

· Proactive, impact-driven personality type

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Professional experience in consultancy or in the banking industry

· Technical skills – professional business English and ability to work with MS Office tools
