Senior Manager, RTM Transformation

Swire Coca-Cola is looking for a senior manager, RTM Transformation to work collaboratively with our markets to design, test, and implement RTM transformation and service model projects, following agreed guidelines and blueprints, to help bottlers define channel-specific service needs and improve profit, purchase incidence, customer reach, service, and experience through a motivated frontline team.

You are also responsible to maintain regular tracking routines for key business, operational, and process indicators to identify improvement opportunities.

This role reports to Director RTM under Global Commercial Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Based on the RTM blueprints defined by the Global Commercial Leadership and RTM Director, define the RTM strategy, guidelines, performance metrics and tools for the designated markets, in order to help the different bottlers/markets to improve their actual service models in the different channels.
• Develop the Service model framework and using global methodology to assess, design, plan, and execute consumer and customer service strategies at the local market level. Importance relevance regarding definitions of Service Policy and Route Planning.
• Assess, collaborate and facilitate the bottler teams for specific RTM improvement projects or solutions within the annual BP to implement them in line with the company strategic goals and deliver the best customer reach and sales & execution performance in each local market.
• Collaborate with each bottler and KO division/region for budget needed for the different RTM projects/initiative within the annual BP of each market with the support of the business case.
• Identify, define, and prioritize list of requirements and possible innovations needed for the actual & future technological tools used in the service models (sales front team) as part of the continuous improvement of the RTM strategy, for the Information Technology (IT) team can evaluate, quote, and plan their development. Special emphasis in mobile solutions as eB2B, Sales Force Application (SFA) & RED tracking tools.
• Collaborate and participate in implementation plans (manuals, training, tracking) of the main RTM projects, to understand the performance results and improvement action plans needed.
• Standardize, consolidate, and track performance of the main OKR/KPIs of RTM for every marker for reporting and improvement action plans aside from the existing projects.

The Successful Applicant:

• Undergraduate bachelor’s or master’s degree in commercial or related fields.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in managing RTM strategy and implementation projects within CPGs companies.
• Experience in commercial areas (marketing, sales, execution) within Swire or the Coca-Cola System and in channel and execution roles preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office is required.
• Highly skilled in leadership, analytical, project management, stakeholder management in the industry.
• Collaborative mindset, good communication skills, executive presentation and experience in building trustworthy relationships.
• Experience in using different AI tools such as open AI and Gemini is highly preferred.
• Proficient business-level in English
• Ability to travel on a frequent basis
• Candidate in locations other than Hong Kong will also be considered.
