The Role

Reporting directly to the CFO and working closely with senior leadership, this role will help shape the company’s finance strategy, business finance partnership, budgeting framework, financial analysis capability, system optimization, and finance operating model. You will act as a senior bridge between finance and business teams, turning complex business questions into financial insight, control points, and executable plans. This is a rare opportunity for a finance leader to leave a visible mark on the evolution of a global finance organization.

What You'll Do

· Partner closely with business teams to provide financial analysis, budgeting recommendations, and decision support aligned with company strategy.

· Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning, improving budget accuracy, transparency, and execution discipline.

· Build financial analysis frameworks covering key metrics, profit trends, cost structures, risks, and growth opportunities for senior management decisions.

· Map end-to-end financial processes for new business models, identify control points, and provide accounting guidance for local and overseas entities.

· Strengthen financial controls, policies, SOPs, and risk management mechanisms across global subsidiaries and business operations.

· Drive innovation in financial analysis methods, reporting tools, decision-support systems, and AI-enabled finance applications.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves

· Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, with CPA, CFA, or another relevant professional qualification.

· 12-15 years of finance experience, including strong exposure to integrated finance management, business finance, budgeting, financial planning, and analysis.

· Proven track record in business finance integration, financial analysis, budgeting, cost control, accounting policy design, SOP building, and finance system optimization.

· Finance leadership experience in a multinational company, fast-growing business, or complex operating environment.

· Strong execution capability, detail-oriented management style, and ability to follow through on complex matters to closure.

· Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions, levels, countries, and cultures.

Strong-to-haves

· Background in fintech, financial services, asset management, payments, B2B SaaS, management consulting, or internet platforms.

· Big Four manager-level experience or strong experience in organization planning, treasury management, and cash flow optimization.

· Experience leading finance digital transformation, AI-enabled finance tool adoption, global finance team development, or finance operating model upgrades.
