Your Mission:
Shape financial excellence for a multinational industrial powerhouse and accelerate your trajectory as a future enterprise leader. As the cornerstone of our executive development pipeline, you will partner with C-suite stakeholders to drive strategic alignment, optimize risk-resilient governance, and fuel sustainable value creation across HQ and regional operations. This role is your launchpad to broader executive responsibilities within 18–24 months.
Core Responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Leadership
- Reinvent budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow optimization for industrial complexes and business units.
- Fortify integrated risk frameworks (finance/tax/legal/compliance) while preserving operational agility.
- Advise on M&A, investments, and market expansion through a value-creation lens.
Operational Transformation
- Oversee accounting operations, ensuring flawless adherence to global policies and controls.
- Optimize statutory/tax compliance and finance/legal structures across jurisdictions.
- Partner with plant leadership on CAPEX strategy, scalability, and ROI-driven execution.
Stakeholder & Risk Stewardship
- Cultivate strategic relationships with regulators, auditors, and advisors across selected locations.
- Manage external vendors to balance cost efficiency with premium quality.
- Champion finance perspectives in C-suite forums as a trusted enterprise advisor.
Talent & Culture Catalyst
- Mentor high-potential finance teams in business partnering and strategic analysis.
- Instill a culture of precision, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
Pathway to Executive Leadership
- Excel in this high-visibility controller role for 18–24 months before rotating into broader enterprise leadership
- Gain exposure to board-level decision-making, M&A integration, and pan-Asian P&L management.
Required Expertise:
Non-Negotiables
- 10+ years’ progressive finance leadership, including 5+ years as Head of Controlling/Regional Controller in industrial/manufacturing sectors.
- Professional Credentials: ACCA, HKICPA, CPA, or equivalent.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field from a top-tier institution.
- Language: Fluent English and Mandarin a must, additional Asian, Latin language is a strong plus

- Mastery of complex accounting, tax structuring, and internal control frameworks.
- Track record in M&A due diligence, cash flow transformation, and enterprise risk mitigation.
