Job Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning
Formulate and implement the overall strategic layout, annual business plans and budgets for the company’s consumer-oriented business in European and American markets, and ensure the achievement of preset financial targets (sales revenue, profits, market share) and strategic objectives.
- Market Expansion
Take charge of market entry and new market development strategies, accurately identify growth opportunities, covering but not limited to new regions, new sales channels and new customer groups.
- Channel & Sales Management
Build, expand and optimize diversified sales channels (including online e-commerce platforms, offline retail chains, distributor networks, etc.), and lead the overseas sales team to hit sales targets.
- Branding & Marketing
Develop and oversee the implementation of localized brand building, digital marketing, public relations and promotional campaigns to boost brand awareness and reputation in target markets.
- Team Building & Leadership
Recruit, cultivate, motivate and manage high-performing overseas teams (covering sales, marketing, after-sales and other functions), and build a cohesive and competitive international team.
- Market Intelligence
Continuously track market trends, competitors’ movements and consumer insights, and deliver key insights to support the company’s product iteration and new product development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above; over 8 years of working experience in the consumer electronics / smart hardware industry, with a minimum of 3 years of management experience fully responsible for European and American market businesses. Candidates with experience in robot categories (such as cleaning/garden/service robots) are preferred.
- Prior successful experience in building overseas markets or business teams from scratch is a plus.
- Outstanding strategic thinking and business acumen, capable of drafting clear strategies and translating them into actionable work plans.
- Strong capabilities in channel development and management, familiar with the operation mechanisms of mainstream retail and e-commerce platforms. Candidates with abundant online and offline channel resources in Europe and the United States are preferred.
- Result-oriented, highly motivated to achieve career accomplishments, strong pressure resistance, and willing to travel overseas regularly.
- Fluent English as a working language; proficiency in other European languages (e.g. German, French) is an advantage.
