Strategic Leader – Sports Technology Systems

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead strategic initiatives at the intersection of sports, technology, and large-scale infrastructure. This is a high-impact leadership role designed for someone who can shape long-term vision and drive operational excellence across complex, global systems.

What You’ll Do

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for our sports technology portfolio across international markets.
• Translate global sports industry trends into actionable business strategies and scalable solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end system operations, ensuring alignment between product, delivery, and commercial objectives.
• Own strategic outcomes and be accountable for the sustained success of regional and global operations.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of progressive professional experience, ideally including senior-level responsibility in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Deep knowledge of the global sports industry and a genuine passion for sports business and technology.
• Proven track record of independently leading large-scale projects—whether in sports or other technically demanding sectors (e.g., infrastructure, live events, or mission-critical systems).
• Strong strategic mindset: able to identify macro trends, define guiding principles, and cascade them into operational execution.
• Necessary conditions: Hands-on experience with Daktronics (USA) sports-related projects, including venue deployments, control systems, or integrated scoring solutions.
