AI Strategy Analyst to the General Manager

Position Overview

As the core scientific think-tank and executive management assistant to the General Manager, you will deeply engage in the top-level design of the Research Institute's artificial intelligence domain. You will drive the end-to-end transformation of cutting-edge technologies from research innovation to commercial application, oversee major scientific research projects and government-enterprise collaborations, and empower the company to build core technological barriers in the AI era.

Key Responsibilities

1. Scientific Research Strategic Planning & Top-Level Design

• Assist the General Manager in formulating the company's scientific research strategic directions and medium-to-long-term technology roadmaps in Artificial Intelligence (including Large Language Models, Embodied AI, Robotics, etc.).
• Draft high-quality research planning reports, technology white papers, and business plans, providing rigorous data support and theoretical backing for the company's technological layout and R&D investments.
• Drive the breakdown and execution of strategic research goals, coordinating internal and external resources across the Research Institute to ensure the successful achievement of research KPIs and strategic objectives.

2. Cutting-Edge Technology Insights & Research Innovation

• Closely track global advancements in frontier AI and robotics technologies, maintaining high sensitivity to technology readiness levels (TRL), academic trends, and industry dynamics.
• Deeply participate in project initiation reviews and R&D discussions for major research initiatives, identifying high-value application scenarios and defining visionary product concepts from both technical feasibility and market demand perspectives.
• Provide technical direction and guidance to R&D teams, assisting in building the company's core patent portfolio and intellectual property barriers.

3. Major Research Project & Government-Enterprise Affairs Management

• Conduct in-depth analysis of policy developments and innovation plans in Shenzhen and Hong Kong within the AI and tech innovation fields, accurately capitalizing on policy incentives to lead or assist in applying for major government research projects and grant programs.
• Oversee business and government relations for research projects, building and maintaining long-term, effective communication and collaboration mechanisms with government agencies, top universities, and research institutes.
• Execute full-lifecycle management of major research projects (requirement analysis, proposal formulation, progress control, and completion acceptance) to ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Assist the General Manager in communicating with external investment institutions and industry partners, accurately conveying the company's research strength, technical value, and growth prospects.

4. Comprehensive Scientific Research Management

• Efficiently complete other tasks assigned by the General Manager, demonstrating exceptional cross-departmental collaboration, execution capability, and resilience under pressure.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Robotics, or related disciplines.
• Research Background: Strong background in AI scientific research, demonstrated by publications in top-tier academic conferences or journals (e.g., NeurIPS, CVPR, ACL, IEEE Transactions, etc.) or experience as a core contributor to national or provincial-level major research projects.
• Strategic & Management Experience: Prior experience in scientific strategic planning or technology management. Candidates with experience in research planning, technology roadmap development, or project management in renowned universities, top research institutes, novel R&D institutions, or tech giant research labs are preferred.
• Technical Depth & Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of underlying AI technologies and applications, paired with broad interdisciplinary knowledge; ability to accurately assess the commercial potential and implementation feasibility of frontier technologies.
• Writing & Communication Skills: Exceptional proficiency in drafting official documents, academic reports, and business plans with a rigorous, fluent, and professional style.
• Executive Presentation: Outstanding PPT design/preparation and executive presentation skills, capable of delivering complex technical and strategic information clearly and professionally to senior executives, government officials, and investors.
• Soft Skills: Highly proactive with strong internal drive, exceptional fast-learning abilities, and high adaptability to change.
• Preferred Backgrounds: Experience in overseas renowned universities/labs (study abroad or visiting scholar) or a dual Shenzhen-Hong Kong research/work background is highly preferred.

- 撰寫高品質的科研規劃報告、技術白皮書及商業計畫書，為公司的科研佈局和技術投資提供嚴謹的資料支援與理論依據。

- 推動科研戰略目標的拆解與落地，統籌研究院內外資源，確保各項科研指標與戰略目標的順利達成。

2. 前沿技術洞察與科研創新：

- 密切跟蹤全球人工智能及機器人領域的前沿技術演進，對技術成熟度、學術趨勢及產業動態保持高度敏銳。

- 深度參與重大科研項目的立項評審與研發討論，從技術可行性與市場需求雙重視角，挖掘高價值的應用場景，定義具有前瞻性的創新產品概念。

- 為研發團隊提供技術方向指引，協助構建公司的核心技術專利池與智能財產權壁壘。

3. 重大科研專案與政企事務管理：

- 深入研究深圳與香港兩地在人工智能及科技創新領域的政策規劃，精准把握政策紅利，主導或協助申報政府重大科研項目及資助計畫。

- 負責科研專案的商務與政務對接，與政府相關部門、頂尖高校及科研院所建立並維護長效、良好的溝通與合作機制。

- 對重大科研項目進行全生命週期管理（需求分析、方案制定、進度把控、結題驗收），確保專案高品質交付。

- 協助總經理與外部投資機構、產業夥伴進行溝通，精准傳遞公司的科研實力、技術價值與發展前景。

4. 綜合科研管理：

- 高效完成總經理交辦的其他任務，展現出極強的跨部門協同能力、執行力與抗壓能力。

任職要求

- 電腦科學、人工智能、自動化、機器人等相關專業碩士/博士學位。

- 具備極好的人工智能科研背景，在頂級學術會議或期刊（如NeurIPS, CVPR, ACL, IEEE Trans等）發表過高品質論文，或作為核心骨幹深度參與過國家級/省部級重大科研項目。

- 具備科研戰略規劃或科技管理相關經驗。有知名高校、頂尖科研院所、新型研發機構或頭部科技企業研究院從事科研規劃、技術路線圖制定、科研專案管理經驗者優先。

- 對AI底層技術及應用有深刻理解，具備廣博的跨學科知識面；能夠準確評估前沿技術的商業化潛力和落地可行性。

- 具備出色的公文、學術報告及商業計畫書的撰寫能力，文筆嚴謹流暢。

- 具備優秀的PPT製作與高管彙報能力，能夠清晰、專業地向高管、政府官員及投資人展示複雜的技術與戰略資訊。

- 工作積極主動，內驅力強，具備極強的快速學習能力和擁抱變化的能力。

- 擁有海外知名高校留學、海外頂尖實驗室訪問學者經歷，或具備深港兩地科研/工作背景者優先。
