The Senior Manager, Change Management Lead is a key member of the Transformation Office, responsible for shaping and driving the strategic and human aspects of change across Client China’s enterprise transformation initiatives. The role ensures that organizational, process, and technology changes are understood, embraced, and embedded successfully across all impacted business areas.


This position serves as both a strategic architect and execution lead—designing comprehensive change strategies, communications, and engagement programs that align transformation goals with associate experience and business readiness. The incumbent partners closely with business leaders, HRBPs, and transformation teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Operations, and Compliance, as well as with Product and Technology teams, to build a unified and sustainable approach to change.


The Senior Manager will define and implement the frameworks, tools, and narratives that guide stakeholders through the transformation journey—ensuring transparency, confidence, and commitment at every level. They are accountable for managing change impacts holistically: from strategic planning and readiness assessment to communication delivery, capability enablement, and adoption measurement.


Ultimately, this role drives organizational alignment, behavioral adoption, and value realization by connecting people strategy with transformation strategy—ensuring client China’s associates are not only informed of change but equipped, engaged, and inspired to succeed within it.


Strategic Planning and Stakeholder Management

  • Design and execute change strategies aligned with enterprise transformation priorities.
  • Lead planning, integration, and coordination of change initiatives across programs and workstreams.
  • Engage sponsors and stakeholders to ensure ownership, alignment, and readiness for process, org, and tech changes.
  • Create and manage change plans with timelines, milestones, and integration points.
  • Establish and support change teams at program and initiative levels for local execution.

Execution and Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor adoption and usage trends, identifying challenges early and deploying mitigation strategies.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure change effectiveness and inform improvements.
  • Leverage feedback and data to iterate strategies and enhance decision-making.

Communication and Engagement

  • Design and deliver communication strategies and campaigns that clarify transformation goals, engage employees, and activate change agents.

Enablement and Adoption

  • Implement enablement plans (training, reinforcement, feedback loops) to build capability, sustain behaviors, and drive continuous improvement.
