MM Solutions (MMS) is a Sofia-based technology company specializing in imaging, video, and audio solutions. The company's camera framework and algorithms are deployed in hundreds of millions of mobile, IoT and automotive devices. MMS's work spans automotive imaging, SOC vendors partnerships, software licensing and contract work, and ISP/camera full stack development.

Position Summary

We are looking for a CMO to define the product and technology vision in the field of digital imaging — for mobile devices, IoT, and the automotive industry. The role requires a deep understanding of imaging trends and algorithms, combined with the ability to translate that expertise into concrete product and go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the roadmap for new imaging algorithms and products across mobile, IoT, and automotive segments and estimate the expected revenue.
• Track and analyze the latest trends in digital imaging (computer vision, ISP, camera algorithms, AI-driven imaging)
• Build and communicate the market positioning of MMS's existing products
• Translate technological capabilities into marketing and product strategy
• Work closely with R&D, engineering teams, and leadership to prioritize development efforts
• Represent the company to partners, clients, and at industry events

Requirements

• Excellent English (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in digital imaging for mobile phones, IoT, and automotive applications
• Strong knowledge of imaging trends and the latest imaging algorithms
• In-depth view of existing products on the market (competitive analysis)
• Proven ability to define product strategy and new algorithmic solutions
• Leadership experience in a technology/imaging company

Nice to Have

• Experience with ISP, or computer vision development
• Experience in automotive imaging partnerships
• Network of contacts in the imaging/semiconductor industry
