Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnership: Develop and execute a robust finance strategy. Proactively advise executive leadership and cross-functional teams (Front Office, Operations, Risk) to drive target achievement and align with overall business objectives.
• Transformation & Innovation: Drive change initiatives in alignment with Company global finance strategy, including finance digitization and operational process optimization.
• Planning & Performance Management: Direct, execute, and continuously improve the planning cycle (budgeting and forecasting) to provide actionable financial insight.
• Accounting & Tax Operations: Ensure accurate and timely financial accounting and reporting in full compliance with Local GAAP, IFRS, local regulations, and Company minimum standards. Oversee corporate income tax and cross-border transaction tax advisory.
• Legal Entity Responsibility: Hold overall financial end responsibility for the legal entities under management.
• Internal Control & Vendor Governance: Maintain a stringent internal control environment and effectively manage relationships with internal and external service providers within the financial management framework.
• Regulatory Reporting: Ensure timely and high-quality financial and regulatory reporting to local regulators, ensuring strict adherence to compliance and Company minimum standards.
• People & Organizational Leadership: Lead, mentor, and empower the finance team while fostering cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

Mandatory Requirements

• KICPA, AICPA, or equivalent CPA qualification in other jurisdictions
• 15+ years of experience in finance and accounting within multinational financial institutions or global bank, with proven track record in a Finance Head, CFO, or Vice President (VP) role
• Fluent/Bilingual English
