Do you naturally ask "So what?" after reviewing a dashboard, business update, or performance report? Can you transform complex operational data, business performance, and strategic initiatives into compelling executive narratives that drive decisions?

We're looking for a Sr. Manager, Strategy & Performance Insights to build and lead ATI's Strategy & Performance Insights capability. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of business strategy, performance management, and executive communications.

You'll work directly with senior leadership to shape how business performance, transformation progress, operational risks, and strategic priorities are communicated internally and externally. More than creating presentations, you'll influence how leaders understand problems, make decisions, and communicate with clients and executive stakeholders.

If you've built your career in management consulting and enjoy turning complex business challenges into executive-level insights that influence strategic decisions, this role offers the opportunity to apply those skills in a high-impact leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transform operational performance data, business insights, and strategic initiatives into clear, structured, and persuasive executive narratives
  • Develop high-impact presentations for QBRs, leadership reviews, client engagements, and strategic discussions
  • Reframe operational risks, challenges, and achievements into commercially relevant messaging
  • Ensure communication materials maintain strong narrative flow, executive relevance, and strategic clarity
  • Partner closely with Operations and Business Performance Transformation (BPT) teams to extract meaningful business insights
  • Identify patterns, operational gaps, business risks, and transformation opportunities
  • Distill large volumes of information into concise, decision-oriented outputs
  • Support enterprise-level strategic communication initiatives across the organization
  • Own both the narrative development and final presentation quality for executive materials
  • Independently create clean, structured, and visually compelling executive-level presentations
  • Ensure all presentations are commercially impactful, strategically sound, and professionally delivered
  • Establish communication standards and best practices for QBRs and management presentations
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders across Operations, Commercial, BPT, and Executive Leadership
  • Act as a thought partner in shaping executive messaging and communication strategy
  • Continuously challenge and elevate the quality of organizational communication materials

Is this you?

  • Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience in a management consulting firm (strategy, business transformation, operations, performance improvement, or advisory consulting)
  • Proven experience leading strategic engagements for senior executives, including C-suite and executive leadership teams
  • Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous business problems, develop strategic recommendations, and communicate executive-level insights
  • Extensive experience developing executive presentations, Board materials, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and client-facing strategic presentations
  • Exceptional executive storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex business, operational, and financial information into compelling narratives
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to connect operational performance with business outcomes and strategic priorities
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills, with experience producing consulting-quality presentation materials
  • Outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with experience working directly with senior executives and clients
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with a structured, hypothesis-driven approach to problem solving
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline
