What You Will Do:
- Drive Strategic Execution: Lead and monitor strategic projects, ensuring key initiatives are executed on time and remain aligned with company objectives and business priorities.
- Be the Strategic Right Hand: Work closely with the CEO and Management Team to translate strategic priorities, discussions, and decisions into clear action plans and measurable follow-ups.
- Connect the Dots Across Functions: Coordinate with multiple departments and business units to ensure effective collaboration, alignment, and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Track What Matters: Monitor KPIs, project milestones, action plans, and business performance to identify gaps, risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Turn Data into Insights: Analyze business and operational data and transform findings into meaningful insights and recommendations that support management decision-making.
- Create Executive-Ready Materials: Prepare management reports, business insights, presentations, meeting materials, and strategic documentation with a high level of accuracy and clarity.
- Make Meetings Matter: Organize strategic meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), document key decisions, and ensure action items are followed through until completion.
- Improve the Way We Work: Identify opportunities for process improvement, stronger organizational alignment, better communication, and greater execution accountability.
- Own the Executive Office: Support executive coordination, including meeting schedules, business travel arrangements, document management, and other administrative activities required by the CEO and Management Team.
- Handle Confidential Matters with Discretion: Manage sensitive business information, executive documents, and confidential matters with professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment.

- Excellent Communicator: You can communicate clearly with people across different functions, levels, and backgrounds and are confident in preparing executive-level presentations and reports.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized: You naturally keep track of details, deadlines, documents, meetings, and follow-ups while maintaining a structured way of working.
- Trustworthy & Discreet: You understand the importance of confidentiality when working closely with the CEO and handling sensitive business information.
- Bilingual Advantage: You are proficient in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
