What will you do?

• Conduct feasibility studies for C-level ideas
• Develop and manage end-to-end experimentation processes, from ideation to implementation.
• Oversees Process Excellence holistically and able to influence the business stakeholders on the execution level
• Create and execute activation plans to ensure seamless integration of successful experiments into company operations.
• Analyze data and gather insights from experiments to make data-driven recommendations for scaling successful initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between the C-level executives and various teams, providing regular updates on the progress and impact of experimentation projects.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or any related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in Project Management, business analysis, or related roles, including work with product management teams.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Proven ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
