The Opportunity

As Chief of Staff, you'll serve as a trusted thought partner to the GM of Growth, driving strategic priorities and execution across product, growth, operations, marketing, and hiring. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys tackling ambiguity, influencing without authority, and ensuring critical initiatives move from concept to execution.

No two days will look the same—you'll jump into the organization's highest-priority challenges, helping leadership make smarter decisions while keeping teams aligned and moving forward.

What You'll Do

• Lead high-impact strategic initiatives from ideation through execution
• Drive cross-functional programs across Product, Growth, Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Data
• Establish operating rhythms, OKRs, and execution frameworks that keep teams aligned
• Identify roadblocks, solve problems quickly, and accelerate decision-making
• Partner closely with leadership on hiring strategy and organizational growth
• Serve as a trusted advisor and extension of the GM, stepping into critical projects and stakeholder conversations as needed
• Bring structure to ambiguous challenges and deliver measurable business outcomes

We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, business operations, or a Chief of Staff role
• Experience in a hyper-growth environment with a 24/7 mentality
• Experience supporting senior leaders and partnering across multiple functions
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong bias toward execution
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive results with minimal direction
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
• Humble, collaborative, and low-ego approach with the ability to influence without formal authority
• Someone who loves building, scaling, and making an outsized impact
