To support their rapid growth and executive leadership, our client is seeking a high-leverage, action-oriented Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic force multiplier.

The Opportunity

As Chief of Staff, you will work directly alongside our client’s executive team to translate big-picture vision into seamless operational execution. This is a high-visibility role designed for a rising leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, bridging the gap between creative ambition, technical execution, and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Execution: Translate our client’s high-level strategy into actionable operational plans, leading cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion.
• Operational Excellence: Optimize internal agency workflows, business processes, and project tracking to keep leadership aligned and projects moving forward.
• Special Projects: Lead high-priority, ad-hoc initiatives across finance, marketing, tech integration, and client operations.
• Executive Liaison: Serve as a trusted sounding board and representative for executive leadership, driving alignment between creative teams, business managers, and external partners.
• Data & Insights: Conduct market research, financial forecasting, and operational analysis to support our client’s key strategic decisions.

• Experience: 4 to 6 years of progressive professional experience post-undergrad, with a strong foundation in Management Consulting, Tech, Finance, Accounting, or Marketing.
• Academic Background: Strong academic pedigree; a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for dynamic, design-forward, and tech-driven environments within the agency ecosystem.
• Bias for Action: Proactive, self-directed, and highly structured, with a proven ability to bring organization and momentum to complex projects.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, paired with the executive presence needed to interact with high-level stakeholders.
