Your New Company

A 50+ year old, multiple award-winning, Rocky Mountain focused General Contractor with a Portfolio of Projects ranging from Ground Up, Multi-Family, Federal, Industrial, TI & Wider Commercial builds.

With their Head Office in Denver - this GC is now looking to break ground into OK with a new office in Tulsa.

Your New Role

Due to a combination of continued growth & a key client/developer with pipeline in Tulsa, OK – this GC is looking to expand their operations outside of CO and enter into the OK Market with an office situated in Tulsa.

Working hand in hand with another Senior Leader who is relocating to Tulsa – you will both have full responsibility for the OK Region (P&L, Hiring, Business Development etc). Whilst the title is currently fluid – this is on par with a VP/SVP level role, and you will be an Area Director for OK.

You will have an office in Tulsa from Day 1 and begin to build out the operation as you see fit. Your first 30 days will be spent in Denver – learning the business, culture standards and SOPs and you will continue to be flown out to Head Office every month thereafter.

With 2-4 projects scheduled to break ground over the Summer in OK – this GC will have a Per Diem team working on these whilst you focus on building out a local team that can take over projects down the road.

What you'll need to succeed

  • OK roots – with breaking into a new State – this GC is starting from the ground up in terms of awareness, subcontractors and future business. Proven history of contacts and a network in OK to use from Day 1 will be key.
  • Confident with Procore and wider scheduling software
  • Project Spends = $30M and above
  • 10+ years within a GC environment – understands the pace and day to day life of a GC
  • Extremely strong time management, stakeholder and leadership skills
  • Experience of overseeing end to end, cradle to grave projects
  • An understanding of OKC building regs and laws

What you'll get in return

  • Up to $200,000 basic salary + package (car allowance etc) = $225,000 Package+
  • Bonus = Up to 20% Starting
  • Long-term opportunity for Ownership/Equity if you prove yourself
  • Dental, Health, Vision insurance
  • 401K + Bonus scheme
