Director Corporate Strategy (d/m/f/)

Job description:

Join our Corporate Strategy Team and work closely with the Board of Management, including the CEO and CFO, to define and execute the future strategic direction of the group. This is a unique opportunity to move into an influential in-house strategy role with direct exposure to senior leadership, international business topics, and transformational initiatives.

• Supporting the development and refinement of the group's corporate strategy
• Driving strategic business development, growth, and innovation initiatives across the global organization
• Leading and supporting high-impact strategic projects across global business units
• Evaluating portfolio and market opportunities to identify future growth areas
• Conducting market, competitive, and financial analyses to support key management decisions
• Preparing compelling recommendations and board-level presentations for executive stakeholders
• Collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into action

Profile description:

We are looking for a curious and collaborative personality who enjoys intensive discussions on whiteboards, solving complex problems and working with a team of technology-driven people passionate about innovation and deep tech.

• Successfully completed university degree in an engineering, technical, or natural sciences discipline, or a comparable qualification; a PhD and/or MBA would be considered desirable additional qualifications
• Professional experience in formulating crisp strategies, ideally within a top-tier management consulting
• Background or experience in electronics, semiconductors or other high-tech hardware industries is of advantage
• Excellent strategic and analytical capabilities with a strong facts-, data- and numbers-driven mindset
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including executive-level storytelling and development of high-quality materials
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other business analytics tools
• Fluent English language skills

This position can also be filled in Regensburg, Garching (Germany) or Eindhoven (Netherlands).
