Job Description

As Chief of Staff to the Head of Product, you will act as a strategic operator and force multiplier. You’ll operationalize team performance measurement, drive alignment across product, design, and revenue teams, and ensure effective execution of the product vision as Anima scales from primary care into the global healthcare system.

• Proven hands-on product experience in a PM or Product Ops role at a successful, high-growth startup with demonstrated ARR growth.
• Strategic mindset capable of synthesizing complex data into clear priorities, paired with the operational rigor to manage cross-functional dependencies.
