About the Role We are looking for an AI & Digital Innovation Team Lead to spearhead our organization's digital transformation, establishing Artificial Intelligence as a core business and organizational capability. This is a cross-organizational, strategic role that combines deep business acumen, enterprise-wide change management, the implementation of advanced AI technologies, and the acceleration of AI adoption across the company. The position carries broad responsibility and significant systemic impact, working in close partnership with senior leadership, business units, and corporate headquarters functions.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Vision & Strategy: Formulate the enterprise AI vision and lead the comprehensive AI strategy.
• AI Roadmap: Build an annual AI Roadmap, including project prioritization, business targets, and clear KPIs.
• Portfolio Management: Lead the organization's portfolio of AI projects—from initial business need identification to full deployment.
• AI Governance: Manage the AI Governance domain, implementing Responsible AI policies while addressing cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory compliance in collaboration with relevant internal teams.
• AI Community Leadership: Provide professional leadership for a cross-organizational AI community, including dedicated AI ambassadors within various business units.
• Executive Partnership: Collaborate closely with executive management to identify opportunities, translate business challenges into AI solutions, and demonstrate measurable business value (ROI).
• Capability Building & Culture: Drive the development of organizational AI capabilities through training programs, embedding new work routines, and promoting a data-driven culture.
• Reporting: Provide ongoing reporting and updates to executive management.

Requirements

• Experience: Significant experience (7+ years) leading innovation, digital transformation, or organizational change processes within a large enterprise.
• Technical & Business AI Acumen: Practical understanding of Generative AI, automation, and enterprise AI tools within the Microsoft environment.
• Executive Presence: Proven track record working directly with senior management and managing complex, multi-stakeholder matrix environments.
• Leadership Skills: Exceptional capabilities in project management, change management, driving adoption, and organizational influence.
